im 17 yo. im of muscular build and im not new to working out. i want to make a 4 day exercise routine for my self, for example: Sun: chest and triceps...Mon: shoulder and traps...Tues: back and biceps...Wed: legs and abs...thurs: rest....and repeat. i will do a 6 km jog on each of those days. so is this ok or do i need to have more resting time or what...any help would be appreciated.
