My mom is too protective!! HELP?

She wont let me go ANYWHERE alone, if i want to walk to my neighbors house she watches me walk over( i live in a very safe neighborhood), i was sleeping and did not pick up the phone, and she calls me and flips out on me because she thought i was throwing up or something. She knows when i sleep until, she makes me call her when i wake up. i can only go out of the house alone when im either walking my dog with my cousin or biking with friends. Please help (im 13 yo).
