Spiritually speaking on the concept of closure, do you believe there is such a thing?

Sort of, maybe not in the sense of a definitive 'emotional conclusion', but I think we can come to accept things and allow ourselves to 'move on', for want of a better term. Experiences don't exist in isolation like frames on a reel of film, and we can't isolate one and attain 'closure' for it, because it is inseparably interconnected with the rest of our existence. In some ways it's a nice idea--that we have all these occurrences laid out in our minds, and that we might select one and archive it or something, but I don't think it really works out like that. However, I think maybe we can move 'past' a loss (for example) by seeing its integral place in our existence; seeing all the connections--that it is inextricably a part of us. Our memories and emotions are always immanent, and being accepting of that seems the best way to cope.
