I WONDER IF I AM PREGNANT?

I have had a lot of strange things going on with my breasts lately. They are becoming a lot bigger all of the sudden, my areolas as well as my nipples are getting darker, and I am noticing dark brown spots around my nipples. The last few days a few more weird things have been going on the blue veins in my breasts are becoming more prenounced. Now, I also have tiny red veins that are covering the entire extent of my breasts as well as protruding up my arms. I have noticed my nipples are stickin out more, and even noticed some white dried up substance from the inside of my nipples. I also have a clear substance at the tip of my nipples sometimes. I am overweight as well and hard to get pregnant, but I have also noticed my stomach area getting tighter. The last time I had sex was 8 weeks and 3 days ago, but I have had my period the last two months. Last month my period was 8 days late and lasted only 4 days when it finally did come. I have also noticed small amounts of a vaginal discharge that is very clear, and it feels very milky (no pun intended). I have also been having period like cramps all this last month when again I am no where close to the time to have my period. I had one tiny spot of blood in my panties a few days ago. Am I just freaking out , or does it sound like I am seriously pregnant??? PLEASE HELP!!
