What would be the best football position for a guy quick and elusive on his feet who stands 6ft?

What a stupid question. You should be lined up as the punter for asking such a stupid question. But, to be serious, a guy that is quick and elusive should really be lined up at the running back position. 6 ft. in height is also perfect. Cant be lined up at quarterback unless you can throw.
