I gave him a bj, how can I tell if I was good?

I gave a guy a bj for the first time. How do I know if he liked it (I don't want to ask him)? He didn't come at first and he thought he wouldn't, but I kept going and he did. He didn't know it was my first time. I didn't use teeth, and I'm inexperienced and don't know all the hotspots, but I did what I'm supposed to do. Its hard to remember but he acted like he was into it I think. I just afraid of him telling people I sucked (no pun intended) even though I don't think I did.
