Fairies on Decatur St? (no pun intended)?
As I was walking down Decatur St. today, I noticed several fairies or pixies painted on buildings. They were only about 3 to 4 inches big and just a solid colored outline a few inches above the sidewalk. Do they mean anything? Or did i just find a rare gem of oddities in the Big Easy?
