I'm 17 with an average hight and skinny-ish build, I have quite good stamina and decent motivation, I have a good diet I just need a good daily workout my aim is a 4 pack at least. I know it will take a few months till I see results so I'm not expecting overnight results :P I also want to build my arm muscle so push ups are the obvious choice but I want to know how many to do of what exercise and how many times a day. I plan to start doing daily jogs in 2 weeks once my holiday from college begins. Thanks in advance :D
