The big question is what do you do when you workout. You must do a lot of slow cardio, this is leaving you very thin and will leave it almost impossible to get a six pack. Hit the weights, lift heavy for bout 8 reps and try to get a trainer to take you through a good programme. To finish your workout do some ab specific exercises to get your abs burning and also helping you to get to your 6 pack, hope this helps
