Do you agree that Mayweather has the greatest talent in the history of boxing?

I don't have any respect for mayweather for being a p_ssy and chillin with lady gaga but the fact remains that he is indeed one of the greatest talent(if not the best) I've ever seen in boxing. How many boxer can u name that can do what he does. I say Pernell Whitaker was more elusive than floyd but overall boxing skills floyds is way better than him. I think he has the best fighting style and he knows how to use it. Ya anybody can learn the philly shell style but who can use it the most effective and the answer is Mayweather plain and simple. I've never seen anybody who could counterpunch his opponent better than him either. I know some ppl migh say ya because he fought nobodies but thats not what am talking about am talking about the execution and timing of his counterpunching technique is near perfect. He's well conditioned, very athletic and a smart fighter. The only thing thats lacking is his heart and he would be a true champion in the hearts of many. I just don't like fighters who run their mouth but can't back up what they say. Ali talk smack all the time but he proved to everybody that he's being for real and thats he's the real deal. Floyd should do the same thing.
