A child has HIV You over heard this in you day care do yo tell you friend who has a child in you class?

I over heard a supervisor talking a bout a student in my daycare class that has HIV I have a few friends who have children in this class what are the ethical consideration here what could happen here with the student and me if I were to tell them of what I heard?
