What is the name of the goddess of time?

In washington D.C there is a goddess of time on a clock in the capital building and i forgot the name of her and i really would like to know it again! All i remember is that is it started with a C sound and ended with a O sound if that helps to find it please help if u have the time! ( no pun intended)
