People are ignorant I can't stand it?

OK so I usually don't ask this kind of stuff but there's this person that is being a jerk and making fun of everybody and he gets pun out of it. But no one else likes him and thinks he's funny. I blew up on him today and called hm out on it but he's thinking its still funny. He thinks he has a bunch of friends but he's false. Think he has bipolar because we would be friends than fight. I am not his friend now cause he's a ***. And Don't' know what I should do if it continues. Should I call him out again.????
