Does this sound like a good anime idea/ story?

This somewhat reminds me of an american cartoon show titled Avatar the last air blender and also the anime Naruto? I mean with all the powers like fire , water , earth.. well , maybe others might be interested in it but it's getting a little dull for me with too many of these basic powers stuffs. And the character name does seems kinda confusing and hard to remember.
