Does anyone know anyone who has actually received one of there leaflets on AV?

We're supposed to have had one to every household before May 5th, but we haven't had one nor any of my friends, family(all over the country) or collegues. No one has seen these elusive leaflets. If I were synical I'd say it was an underhand ploy by Cameron to make sure the "Plebs" don't understand it so won't vote for it. Luckily for me I do understand it and will definitely vote for it as it's much fairer, but too many people are being denied the chance by this grotesquely unfair Government.
