Can KICKBOXING moves be combined with AIKIDO as effective ATEMI to set up it's grappling?

Can you combine them, Yes. Will it be effective is a better question? The only way you will know is to try because even if someone else has attempted it with success doesn't necessarily mean you could but you never know till you try.
